Sargent / Bria Rodrigues Memorial Scholarship Motorcycle Ride
The event leaves Fort Tabor, New Bedford Ma at Noon, goes for a roughly 1 hour ride thru Southcoast of Massachusetts ending at the Fairhaven VFW where there will be food, raffles, and entertainment. The event is $15 for riders, $10 for passengers and non riders. The proceeds go to the Meghan Ashley Sargent / Bria Rodrigues Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship provides an annual college scholarship to a band member of the Fairhaven High School Band, as well as paying for a student to go on the annual Band trip that otherwise may not have been able to afford to go. I have attached a flyer. All are welcome, clubs are welcome as long as any animosity is kept away from the event!

Food, raffles, fun and support our veterans
The ride will begin and end at the Franklin Elks. The route will travel through the quiet country roads around the area and will finish at the Franklin Elks where there will be barbeque, live music by Section 8 Band, and raffles. The first 100 to register will receive T-shirts. Come join us for a enjoyable day and say thanks to the men and women who fought for us. If you would like to join us for the food and music, it's only $10.
The Massachusetts Elks annual run to raise funds to assist the veteran’s hospitals and homes throughout the state. The Elks have a motto, "As long as there are veterans, the Elks will never forget". All proceeds to benefit the Mass Elks Veterans Association Fund. 100% of the money raised goes to the various hospitals and homes.
